We produce equipment for oil purification, bitumen emulsion production and biodiesel production.
Equipment for oil purifying (SMM) is meant for removing mechenical dirt from the insulation and thermo vacuum purifying from water and gases of lubricating and insulating oil. These stations are meant for full regeneration, dehydration and transformer oil purification. Also our equipment can be used for ready transformer oil filling-up into the machines.
Bitumen emulsion plants (UVB) produce the mixtures for the construction, road construction and road maintenance. The station produces bitumen emulsions of the following categories: slow-breaking, middle-breaking and quick-breaking emulsion. Our station is equipped with all necessary units for receipt fitting, emulsion production and emulsion modification of any categories with polymers. All emulsion groups are designed for solving road-building problems such as: patching, preparing old road base for asphalt-concrete, surface treatment, cool recycling.
Biodiesel plants, produced by UkrBudMash Ltd, use new technology of biodiesel production. Our technology is more economical where energy and required area are concerned. Biodiesel production system via continuous streaming technology with capacity from 1000 KG per hour to 16000 KG per hour. Produced biodiesel complies with European EN 14214 and American ASTM D 6751 standards.
